Hello there, and welcome to the Saint Cardigan blog. Here you’ll find a lot of creative talk. Sometimes it’s about the creative process or the work of an amazing artist. Sometimes it’s something interesting or inspiring (or silly) to listen to, read or watch. Sometimes it’s nail art, and occasionally there’s a DIY project thrown into the mix. But whatever it is, I hope it’s something that will get your creative cogs turning.
My name is Catherine Elizabeth, and I’m a maker from Melbourne, Australia. I started this blog to share things that get me super creatively jazzed, as well as my own work and creative adventures. Weaving is my primary creative jam, but I’m addicted to making and creating in many forms and love to learn new skills. I also love dogs, painting my nails obnoxious colours, and may have a genuine problem with hoarding houseplants. If you’re a similar creative soul/dog person/plant hoarder/slight oddball or kindred spirit, please say ‘hi’, I’m sure we’ll get along just fine 😉
I currently sell my woven wall hangings and some colourful accessories under the ‘Saint Cardigan’ monicker in my Etsy store. You can check that out by clicking here. I’m also happy to take custom weaving orders, so if you see something you like, be sure to get in touch.
Let’s be friends! I share a lot of my woven works-in-progess on Instagram, and you can check out the links below to follow me on socials, or pop your email address in the sidebar to be updated whenever I publish a new blog post, or have an Etsy sale (no email spam, you have my word).
